No-one sees me like this, normally.
I was out walking the afternoon that Pixie arrived from Wellington, and Justine rang me on my cell to ask me to stop in on my way back home. So I did-and surprise! I was to be the recipient of a free makeover!
Justine had been given a product called Thin Lizzy. We re-named it Fat Fanny.
It is sort of like a solid powder foundation, and is supposed to make one look exceptionally alluring. It comes with some concealer crap, and some appalling sticky flavoured (!) lipgloss.
It obviously works.
I look fabulous, dahling!
He didn't.
I guess my makeover wasn't as successful as I had supposed.
Then we have a few shots off Justine's camera from when we spent the afternoon in town with Aunty Pixie !
Aunty Helga playing Pram Slam!
I think I look quite the 50's mama here.
O, I finished the Bowie autobiography. It was rather good. But there was only passing mention of his appendage, unfortunately. Dunno what I will read next!

I love your whole outfit and how funny is the shot of you and baby nursing a bottle together ;)
Down home (where I originated) babies drink Mountain Dew out of their bottles ;) I swear !
Eeeek! What the bloody hell's that Thin Lizzy slap all about. That looks terrifying.
Your hair is looking amazingly big and sexy today and the pink cardi is showing the boobage in it's glory.
Are you feeding the bub wine? Never too early in my opinion.
Love ya,
Vix

Flipping heck, that makeup has more than a touch of Halloween about it. I much prefer your usual look - the pink lippy is fab!
HAHA! you look um different. :)
xx
That Thin Lizzy stuff covered well, and I think it would be a good setting powder for stage, but you have such lovely skin as it is I wouldn't think you would need a heavy powder. I think the best powder to use if you use minimal amounts, is MAC's blot powder, which absorbs rather than reflects light, so you have a soft look....
Darling, you look fabulous in all the other pics...that makeup Thin Lizzy though is awesome as far as effect goes...Your friend did a lovely job...of course in my head I'm like "Not enough colour, the hair is too flat, she needs hair like Loretta Lynn circa 1967, and a frock to match and shoes..."
Please don't frighten me again with wearing synthetic fabrics that make you look like a tourist, you're WAY too fabulous and gorgeous to be in a track suit!
