Anyway, here's Sunday's activities......
This frock was from the Repertory Theatre sale last year after the September quake.
I'm doing it, I'm making pasta!
There's not much to the dough, just eggs, plain flour, slat and a teensy bit of water if it's too dry.
Kneading.
Just like Pee Pee does.
I'm getting a lot of wear out of these grey heels!
Hey!
My glass is empty!
Looks like fettucine!
Rough, but I'm happy enough for a first attempt!
Tasted fantastic!!
The cocktail station.
We really need a bar.
But first, we need the space for a bar. G came up with the cunning idea (so cunning you could put a tail on it and call it a weasel) of having a bar inset into the wall when we eventually remodel the kitchen!
I decided to use the fettucine to make a frittata, which I turned into a bake.
We were having a potluck before band practice, so I wanted to keep it easy.
We actually did a little recording. Yes, we're attempting that again.
Cooking the onion and pepper (capsicum).
Chopping some more peppers for a roasted pepper side dish.
The finished and slightly mangled frittata/bake.
It was good.

You look lovely in your dress and lilac tights and grey shoes. I thought of you (worried) when I read the news about the after-shock. I am very impressed by this pasta machine.

And can I ask if Miss Justine is doing a Benny Hill/Fred Scuttle impression with her little salute in the last photo? Knowing you love your 70s British TV, you'll know what I'm talking about!

I started out delighted with your outfit and drooling over your fine beverage! Then I was amazed by your domesticity and creativeness with the frittata. I giggled at your alcohol induced tomfoolery but then was sad that I wasn't there! P.S.: STILL loving the shoes!
