Some views from our home 3

Here we are in the lavatory!G did a lovely job of papering our cistern with Playboy covers from the last 50 years.Classy!
An original toilet roll holder. The legs were a gift.I painted the cheesey flames.
Our most popular Playboy centrefold, the Twins.I forget the year.We have a small, but well loved collection of 60's and 70's Playboys. When women had pubes, and tan lines, and not an airbrush in sight!
Below, some pretty lounge room lamps at night......
And with a flash.G is lamp mad.
My lovely Shiva(Naharaja??),from Pahurat, the Indian district of Bangkok. He has pride of place on the mantelpiece.
Since I took this photo,we have been painting the deck(or porch, whatever you would like to call it),and it is in the process of being transformed into a deck of glory!!!When it is all finished, there will be photos! The 70's "porn star"chair(thanks Jon!x)was a gift.
I think I've said before that our house is a never ending art project for us!We love tinkering around, and as it is all ours,we can damn well do what we like to it!And we do!!One of our favourite things to do on the weekends is to sit in bed with coffee and interior decorating books-mostly Asian interiors-and throw around ideas, plot and plan..........

I love your loo!! haha, it really reminds me of a bar I used to drink in back home, hope that didn't sound rude! I loved that loo. :)

Our house is definitely a never ending project. It's fun though.

Love your loo! How cool. I have a bit of a thing for vintage Playboy images - it's so comforting to see bodies that aren't too removed from your own, rather than the boobs-on-sticks you see now.

I saw your comment on Ally's blog and just had to come over and say that I love otters too! They are water cats! I saw my first otters in Seattle five years ago and have been addicted to them ever since. If Mink liked water I would be very happy.
