Legs & Sewing

Today I am wearing the new boots I bought on Saturday with these fabulous tights from my darling Vix .I heart her.
Just my legs today as I have skank hair and really shouldn't be in public.

This is the frock I'm working on at present.(Inside out!)
I've made a reasonable attempt to match the plaid, but haven't been as successful as I would like.I always feck something up!!! I've used the pattern a few times,it's nice and simple, and once I adjusted the bodice to fit my capacious bosom, fits quite well.I'm adding a rounded collar and a sweet bow to this one;it will also be rather short, and will probably wear it Saturday night to our 2nd gig!
Wacko!

First of all, i LOVE those tights. Thankyou Vix indeed!! The boots look fab, and that dress is going to be adorable.

Oh, how I wish I had the time to learn to sew patterns! This is my last year at uni, so perhaps next year I can get stuck into some real sewing.

Have a good day!

Amazing tights. Can't wait to see your finished dress. Plaid is hard to match, mine never ends up looking right.
You have an overlocker. I'm so envious.

Good god, those tights with those boots look seriously sexy. What gorgeous pins you have, we need more leg action.
Loving that olive-toned plaid. The pattern looks a bit scary to match up. My tip is to abandon it and go in the garden for a shouty tantrum.

Honey, if I saw you singing in a lounge I'd buy you a gin and tonic, slip a few bills in your garter and hope that you'd serenade me with some Ella Fitgerald! I love this page, and your beehive hair!

woo woo, check out the pins.

I love that plaid you are making the dress from. I'm working on my first ever dress at the moment, I'm finding that I need a whole lot of concentration to get through it. x
