We were blessed with a proper Autumn afternoon....sunny, warmish, with a cool breeze.
Yet another Sydney frock that fits like a glove!
This is a little different for me, and I rather love it!
I felt very gypsy (hello, Stevie!) with the beanie, beads and flowing skirt.
Beanie (the small crochet hat, in case I am unknowingly using the local vernacular)-opshopped
T bars-Farmers sale
Big green beads-gift from Justine
Smaller green beads-opshopped
Key-opshopped and on a chain I got at the Rozelle Markets in Sydney
I'm quite into the key at the moment.
This one time at band practice I wore:
Frock-Sydney!! Of course!!!
Bow brooch-school fair
Handbag-vintage, gift from my delicious Sarah
Tights-can't remember, but they match the frock perfectly!! (soooo satisfying) T bars-a defunkt shoe shop
Tonihgt we are having a dinner party.....to welcome our new family members......
We are going to be the proud parents of 2 kitties!!!
Pebble ( girl) is 6 months old, grey and white.
Harvey Puddleduck ( boy) is 1 year old, a tabby.
Their parents have to move back to South Africa, so they are coming to live with us, and are delivered tonight!
Their parents are staying for dinner, which will hopefully help them settle a bit.
I'm very excited.
It'll be interesting to see if their names stick....I guess we'll wait and see what their names really are!!
I so hope they settle in happily and fairly quickly. It'll be lovely to have the pitter patter of little feet around. I've missed my Boris so much, and though no cat could ever replace him in my heart, I'm sure I can find room for a couple more....
Little fur babies!!!
