It's like this

This is what I wore to work yesterday.....
This is what I saw on the way to work this morning....
This is a fun "new" pattern I'm excited about........

This was this afternoon, before I made pasta with mushrooms and marscapone for G and we watched "The Last Station" with the divine Helen Mirren and Christopher Plummer........

And this is a fave old Bauhaus song that I've been thinking about a lot, cos it's a bit gloomy and Halloweeny, and when it breaks into the 12 string guitar it makes me feel like the sun is rising............

OOO So will we soon be seeing Helga in a sailor inspired frock?! I bet it will be made from a crazy fabulous fabric!

Love that huge fuck off red and silver pendant!

My ex was a big fan of Bauhaus. My favourite Bauhaus song was obviously Bela Lugosi's Dead. I do love the song Burning Skies which they made when they formed Tones on Tail after they split! xxx

Can't wait to see what fabric you choose for that pattern-a plain colour would certainly not be Helga-enough.xx.

I still have a sailor type top my mother made me in JR High! Luckily I was built like a middle aged lady back then so I could probably wear it now! Sailor looks are great - but then so is what you wore to work, so you'll look great no matter what.
