Camelot, o Camelot!

Bouffant again!

Sometimes I take a fancy to a particular bag for a few is clearly the case here!
This little case is so adorable! I only found it again whilst rummaging in the garage for something else entirely.....and I was reminded me that I still have boxes of my precious playthings out there!
We've found someone who will be able to build a storage unit for my room, and then, fingers crossed and panties untwisted, I'll be able to have everything back in my room and wonderfully organised!
(For new readers; we had to shift everything out of our house for 5 weeks whilst earthquake repairs were made on our house. G transformed the garage into  a replica of my dressing room for me, the sweetie! We have since moved back in, but there is still quite a bit out there, as we decided it was good time to renovate as well!)

There is the question of what to do with my unholy collection of shoes; the crates I was keeping them in will no longer suffice.
But that's just one small thing to consider!

These pix are from Sunday..... I was out on a nice long walkie, feeling ever so virtuous and not at all hungover from band practice, when I had a text from Vanessa about a sale at Camelot Costume Hire!
I've never walked so fast in my life!
I raced home, got showered and frocked up, and off we went!

Frock-made by moi out of 60's fabric that was opshopped
Belt-opshopped in Australia
Fishnets-opshopped (I know!)
Sandals-school fair
Case-Trade Me
60's headpiece-Sarah
Earrings-gift from G
Necklace-made up from bits from Nevada & London.

Humpers had been rolling around in the mud, the disgraceful little beast!

But isn't he a beautiful little tiger?!
Albeit a crusty tiger!

There were quite a few people there ripping into the goodies, but I managed to pick up 3 hats (the white one has been fecked up for a costume, so it's really the bits I'm scoring, including a lovely old hat pin!), a strange rabbit fur coronet kind of thing, an emerald green evening bag (not pictured!), 3 frocks and a souvenir kimono from some pacific or Japanese island (not quite sure)!
Not a bad haul, all things considered!

How many pair of shoes would you say you own? I've been feeling guilty about my own collection lately and suspect you could alleviate that feeling.
