Here's my confession-you're my obsession

When I met the uber gorgeous Bella in Portland,  she gifted me this sweet little frock, from one of her sponsers, Karina !
I wore it the very next day for our thrifting adventures with darling pocket Venus Krista .
Now I want to incororate it into my regular wardrobe.
It's the first new frock I've had in years, and I don't wear an awful lot of modern frocks generally.
So I just threw some shit together, and I think it worked?!

The lovely Liz made me this fabularsehole cocktail hat!
The cardi was thrifted in Portland, the tights are retail, the shoes were from Trade Me, the sunglasses were from Wasteland in San Francisco. The divoon sequin clutch is from the Goddess herself, Vix !
GlamORousness!

Now, I appreciate all the advice on how to make refried beans, and the winner is my lovely friend Pam, who sent me this link, which appeals to my arteries and my taste buds!
I'll let you know how I get on!
(Your prize, Pam, is a jolly good snog when I see you next! Love you!)

I also found a NZ based website today for some Mexican groceries that is fairly reasonable in price!

Happy Days!

X

Please tell me the link for the website selling Mexican groceries!

Also you look all kinds of amazing - I love the cocktail hat especially.

I wish I looked that good when I just "threw some shit together" ;)

Also I clicked on the link for Karina, but it went to some random website - could you put it up again - I think some weirdness has happened.

I liked the pink dress in your last post, and this one is lovely too. You can definitely wear this colour. The hat and bag are perfect with it.

The refried beans recipe is similar to thorne's and I'll probably use a tin of beans like she did. You must let us know how you get on.

Ooh this looks fab, dress, hat, cardi, bag the lot. You can't go wrong with pink and black. I didn't realise your hair was so long and luscious. I love all your finger bling too. I dare you to turn to the dark side and develop a nail varnish obsession like me. Go on, you know you want to!! xxx

Tights match the dress! Can't believe it's so hard to find Mexi groceries in NZ. I've got a super mercado 3 blocks from my house and the chain supermarket has 2 aisles. And I live in the middle of nowhere.
PS: thanks for following my blog!

If this is the only new frock you have I say good, who needs more than one this gorgeous! I saw it in the flesh hugging all your curves showing off the girls! It really looks hot on you sweetie! You have funked it up with this killer bag from Vix and adorable hat made by Liz. I also like your hair down too.

You look great. It's good to let down your hair every once in a while.

Loving the hair down and hat combo, and those tights and shoes ... as ever you accessorise perfectly!!

Yes! This definitely works to your favor. It's not often that a new dress has a fabric pattern that doesn't look cheesy-retail. Karina dresses seem to do a good job at selling dresses that look artistic and just a bit vintage.
