Go on spin me a line, I have cause to expect it

On Sunday G dropped me off at the first Shabby Chic market of the season...I swore I would be good, but I walked out with a small armfull of useful goodies....

I wore:
60's frock-Etsy
Cardi-opshopped
70's jacket-opshopped
Tights-retail (San Francisco!)
70's platforms-gift, many moons ago
60's handbag-opshopped
60's hat-costume hire sale
Sunglasses-Etsy
60's necklace-Etc (a vintage shop)
Brooch-Super Sarah
Earrings- the sweetest Squirrel

What goodies did I find?!
A fabulous 70's fiesta of tinware!
(A rubbish bin and two tins)
Plus a groovy 70's saucepan and two 60's brooches!
Just look at the colours!
I was squeeing inwardly!
I'm gagging to use the pot, it's sooo cute.
(I also snaffled a nice retro pyrex dish, but it doesn't look nearly as exciting as this lot, so I didn't photograph it.)

I don't know if you get fruit salad sweets in NZ? They were a pink and yellow chew we got here in the UK when I was a kid, and when I look at your outfit I think of them... which is good because they were delicious. What a great stash of goodies. xx

Geez, if your outfit was blues/greens would you have found matching things? Maybe it's a new shopping tip: only buy stuff that matches your outfit? I also love that beaten to hell truck

Love the tins. That's my favorite era for kitchen things. When I was a kid our kitchen was that bright tomato soup color which goes perfectly with all that great stuff.

Beautiful dress Helga. You make everything shine!
