Should I feel a moment with you, to softly whisper....

Some dude visiting a couple of doors down parked his gorgeous Pontiac outside our what else was a gal to do but run out and pose with it?!

Naturally, I just happened to be looking amazing.

I'm not touching your car! Really!

The owner came along and caught us in the act, but was quite thrilled that we were taking such an interest, and asked if I wanted to sit inside....

Does a bear shit in the woods?!

Feck yes I want to sit inside!

So shiny, so black, so sleek..........
Left hand drive, too.

We've seen the car out on the street before, so he's a regular visitor.
Next time I see, I'm going to catch him and ask him to take me for a drive!

Far beyond the shrinking skies where money talks and leaves us hypnotised

O, hello there, haven't seen you in a while.....
Fancy going out for a spot of lunch and a few drinkies?!
All right then, lets go.
Where you been hiding out, dear maxi frock?! Must be a year or two since we last caught up?!

Well, things can't have changed much in the year or two since I last wore this maxi; she still fits!
Every now and then I pull out a frock that I'd quite forgotten about.
So many frocks, so little time, y'know.....
Please don't accuse me of neglect!
I'd like to think I'll take her out more, but then, I am just as likely to lose her amongst the melee that is my boudoir for another year or so....
It's not that I have too many frocks.
Just not enough space.

It could be sweet, like a long forgotten dream

It's still fecking windy.

But we shan't dwell on that!
Instead, we shall dwell on the beauty that is my friend Jo's garden!
(Not wine writer Jo, this Jo is a cheese and preserves maker!)
I enjoyed a bottle of bubbly with her and her hubby Phil in their gorgeous garden just around the corner from us the other afternoon, and she very kindly took some outfit pix for me, and I took pix of their sexy cat Magnus!
Edit: I have just realised what those leaves look like in the first picture.......!!!

Corrr, what a seductive little beast!

Ha, I didn't find that thingy in my hair until I was taking my hair out to go to bed that night!

We're all looking at a different picture through this new frame of mind

We've been plagued, PLAGUED, I tell you, by a nasty cold wind lately.
It's really rather fecking annoying, as it's all sunny and lovely, and lulls one into a false sense of security....and then BAMMO, the wind just cuts on through you like a knife dipped in tiger balm.
I'm not a fan of wind!
So, yes, it may be mid November, but I am wearing a COAT, and have been almost every bloody day for the last week or so!

It's rather rare for me to wear a skirt!

I do hope to be making you jealous of our hot and steamy weather at some point this season...!!!

From that cloud, number nine, danger starts the sharp incline

I suppose one wouldn't ordinarily expect to see me out at a car show....?!
It was a rockabilly themed market over in Brighton, actually, and the best thing was all the gorgeous cars!!!
Jo and I had a good old dribble, and found several we'd rather like to be seen in.
Personally, I don't think I'd enjoy driving one; as a relative newcomer to the world of driving, I really like my power steering and automatic drive.....but I most certainly would look dazzling in one of these beauties!
Which one do you think was my favourite?!

Jo thinks this would make an excellent new car for her.
Parking may be a problem, as she doesn't have a garage, and lives on a very narrow street!

It's so important to co-ordinate, don't you think?!

There are no words, just shrieks of laughter....
The cats expression says it allllll........

I wore:
Frock-50's patio frock from Etsy
Jacket, beads, shoes, belt-opshopped

As for my favourite car, it was a toss up between the shiny lime green and white number and the lovely old olivey green old station wagon!
The station wagon reminded me of the car my parents had when I was a baby; I'm a sucker for a little bit of sentimentality.....but don't tell anyone....
