From that cloud, number nine, danger starts the sharp incline

I suppose one wouldn't ordinarily expect to see me out at a car show....?!
It was a rockabilly themed market over in Brighton, actually, and the best thing was all the gorgeous cars!!!
Jo and I had a good old dribble, and found several we'd rather like to be seen in.
Personally, I don't think I'd enjoy driving one; as a relative newcomer to the world of driving, I really like my power steering and automatic drive.....but I most certainly would look dazzling in one of these beauties!
Which one do you think was my favourite?!

Jo thinks this would make an excellent new car for her.
Parking may be a problem, as she doesn't have a garage, and lives on a very narrow street!

It's so important to co-ordinate, don't you think?!

There are no words, just shrieks of laughter....
The cats expression says it allllll........

I wore:
Frock-50's patio frock from Etsy
Jacket, beads, shoes, belt-opshopped
Sunglasses-Catch a Thief
Handbag-60's, from a long gone vintage shop with the best name; Junk and Disorderly
Hat-60's, opshopped

As for my favourite car, it was a toss up between the shiny lime green and white number and the lovely old olivey green old station wagon!
The station wagon reminded me of the car my parents had when I was a baby; I'm a sucker for a little bit of sentimentality.....but don't tell anyone....

Oooh I LOVE your divine colour combo (as ALWAYS). I also adore the chartreuse and white wagon, but my FAVOURITEST FAVOURITE is the red Buick. I have no problem with the gears or steering, but could NOT live without air con. What a gorgeous, fun day! Love you more than cars. SS xxxxx

I like them to show a bit of wear and tear so my fave is the olive green one. That poor cat looks terrified, I bet that book didn't shift.

Cars and girls! And Rolf and a pussy, but we won't go there... Honestly, all our 1970s childhood memories of TV are bloody ruined now, aren't they?
But back to you and Jo, looking magnifiques; Jo's rockabilly vibe is so cool, and your red/turquoise combo is stunning. LOVE the dress, ADORE the hat!
Gawd, I know absolutely not about cars, not interested really, but even I can appreciate the style of some of these beauties. I'd rather perv at you though, darling! xxxx

And no one volunteered to take you for a spin?! You'd look right at home in the Fairlane.

Somewhere, that cat's ghost is meowing, "I told you!"

Your red jacket is a dream. Like you!

<3 me some classic cars! I really want an old 'grocery getter' station wagon or granny mobile; something that looks all demure, but is a total sleeper that would blow 'em all off the blocks! ;^) Looks like you both had lovely time and enjoy that SUNSHINE! It's -1* C here and spitting snow...

Dirty old Rolf, bet one of his fingers was.......!!!! Poor pussy!! I do like the old cars but like you, not as a driver, I like the ones with the big tail wing things, chrome and shiny paint job, which is most of them. You even colour co-ordinated your nail polish with your sunnies, true style icon!!

All of those cars are so yummy! The lime green one is aaaaawwesome! Growing up, my stepdad had a revamped '37 Plymouth Coupe. She was painted in a shimmering iridescent ivory and mauve. I wish I had photos to share. She was sooooo pretty!

Despite never being able to drive I've always had a weakness for vintage cars, I even collected models as a kid. They're feckin' gorgeous. How on earth did you restrain yourselves from sprawling across the bonnet, porn star style?
Love Jo's rock N roll style and your infinite glamour.
What a day.
Love you! xxxxxx

I figured either the line and white car or the blue Fairlane. You would look amazing in either one!

I knew it was the Lime Green and White one!! I could imagine how gorgeous you would look with your red locks blowing out the open window. That would have been my favourite too! I love old car shoes, even though I don't drive. I can appreciate them as works of art.

I would have died to have gone to this! I am a total gear head! You and Jo look delicious with all that colorful metal as your backdrop! The vintage pitch reminded me of Vix and Jon's. You look smoking in front of that HOTROD and Jo's buick matches her outfit!
VROOM VROOM BABY!!! LOVE YOUXXXXXXX

Oh wow! You, the cars, the crazed cat; it's all too much!

How wonderful that the blue car thought to match your outfit. I adore that frock on you, and those shoes are divoon. You and Jo are a stylish sight to be seen. We visited that area once, but it felt kind of run down and strange.
A vintage event would be just the motivation I'd need to go back. Xx

Ooh, i love a good car show and there are a couple of beauties there. Some nice cars too. Guffaw! D'you know what? I guessed your favourites. I must be some kind of juju witch. You, of course, are a fashion goddess to manage to coordinate with a random broom broom. Rolf's cat. Can you guess what he did yet? Dreadful. I saw him once in London you know. What a claim to fame. That cats eyes are saying "send help - please" Looks like a fun day out for two stylish ladies such as yourself! I am not a fan of cars really, but the older ones can really be quite beautiful.
