Should I feel a moment with you, to softly whisper....

Some dude visiting a couple of doors down parked his gorgeous Pontiac outside our house...so what else was a gal to do but run out and pose with it?!

Naturally, I just happened to be looking amazing.

Frock-made by moi, using a pattern gifted from lucious Claire; I altered it slightly
Jacket-70's, opshopped and shortened by moi
Hat-from a strange shop with an odd lady in San Francisco
Handbag-60's, thrifted in Truth or Consequences, New Mexico
Shoes-Trade Me
Sunglasses-60's, from my sistercousinwifey
Gold beads-60's, opshopped
Pendant-70's, opshopped

I'm not touching your car! Really!

The owner came along and caught us in the act, but was quite thrilled that we were taking such an interest, and asked if I wanted to sit inside....

Does a bear shit in the woods?!

Feck yes I want to sit inside!

Squeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!!
So shiny, so black, so sleek..........
Left hand drive, too.

We've seen the car out on the street before, so he's a regular visitor.
Next time I see, I'm going to catch him and ask him to take me for a drive!

SQUEEEEEEEEEE!

Hey, I couldn't tell what the print is on your dress. Brown and grey is such a great color combo.

Haha, I was peering at my screen to try and see the print on the dress too.

Can't beat a properly shiny classic car, can you?

Those old Pontiacs were heavy cars-you wouldn't want the door to smash your leg in a sudden wind (don't bother asking how I know this, just learn from my mistakes). Who wouldn't be flattered to find a beauty like you posing by their car.

Strange shop with an odd lady in San Francisco? Well, that's consistent with SF (in the best way). I'll join everyone else requesting a better look at that pattern too.

A ride in that old Pontiac?! I'd be happy to open and close the door for you, just to hear that solid *thunk* once more. Besides that consideration, there's your safety to consider: those old Pontiac doors close like mouse traps.

I, too, want a closer look at the print. Like the manner in which you've made an unobvious match of the bands on shoes, bag and belt.

Please tell us more about the odd old lady that sold you the pert Parisian beret in San Fran...

Of course you had to pose beside it - gorgeousness is attracted to each other.

What a marvellous way to make new friends! I should imagine he was utterly charmed to find you being all frisky and gorgeously fabulous around his Pontiac, and what a gentleman to invite you to sit inside. It suits you to perfection, an even better accessory than a new handbag! I can totally see you riding round town in it! The only vintage car I've ever driven was my ex boyfriends old Morris Minor and that was when I was learning to drive. I made some terrible noises when changing gear. Now I can't not comment on that rather sexy frock any longer. Hot hot hot Helgita! xxxxxxxx

My favorite rod of all time is a 1967 Pontiac GTO Google that shit I think that's it! The impala looks the same too but what is it??? You certainly do look spectacular in front of that beast. I think muscle cars like these remind me so much of high school, we were very into illegal street racing back then. It was fun and crazy.
Love you!xxxxxxxxoooooo

I'm sure the bloke was delighted to find you draping yourself over his car, looking wonderful! Ooh yes, do go for a spin, that would be grand!
Come on, we are all dying for a close up of the print on your dress, love! You look amazing, elegant and ladylike. but with that Helga-esque edge of naughtiness that always accompanies your photo shoots. I love it! xxxx

These earthy tones are new to me, on you, if that makes sense. Tones beautifully with your hair!
How lovely to be looking so gorgeous with hat and everything ready for a photo shoot!
I think he should ask you to be a permanent passenger, you up the ante on the look so well. xo JJ

Fantastic that you could seize such an opportunity! Looking fab, as always.

Have I mentioned that I'm so glad you found something cool n Truth or Consequences, NM... just so you can use that name!

A car as cool as that needs a lass as gorgeous as you straddled over it. Xx

I'm sure the owner of that car was quite thrilled to see his baby being fawned over by fabulous you! When you get to ride in the car, be sure to have your hair down so that it can blow in the wind!

That car is the perfect accessory. i bet the neighbour was wetting himself with excitement at having you grace his front seat (oh, that sounds like a euphemism!)
Love you! xxxx

Oh my gosh, what a sweet car - and don't you just look amazing with it. I think you should demand posing rights (and a ride!).
