Following the silent hedges, needing some other kind of madness

Trying to poke my face back into shape, or brushing hair out of it?!
Tag on your toe, you decide!

I am all over berry colours; I adore berry flavours.
Raspberry is my favourite, but I like saying boysenboozle or streugleberry best.
Picked up this 60's polyester dream frock at an opshop recently. It goes perfectly with the 70s jacket I have had for at least 15 years.

Bloody thread!

I swear, these boots are the sexiest boots ever!
An excellent Trade Me score earlier in the year. Would love them in all the colours!

Hellloooooo, is this where the Bombay Sapphire is hidden?!
I have some ice stashed in my handbag!

Winter's luscious berry colors have inspired me to give my hair a Titian tone similar to yours, dear Helga. Would that I could emulate wearing such amazing boots and a floral! bag as well! And now that you mention it, Bombay Sapphire would be an appropriate accessory...

What a stunning outfit. Berry colours look delicious. They are so rich and vibrant. I love those boots. A bit Edwardian and very cool. The post title made me smile and reminded me of my mis-spent youth. :) Xx

The button boots are fab - I would love a couple of pairs of those.
You are berry delicious in your strawberry/raspberry ensemble.

So *that's* where I should hide the booze! Prefer Boodles myself, but I'd take those boots.

I remember the cranberry/hot pink combo when I was...er...younger, and had forgotten how great it can look. Of course it never looked as good on me as it does on you.

so very berrylicious! It's perfect!! BTW we are coming to Christchurch in November to see Courtney Barnett (we missed tickets to her Wellington show and decided we MUST see her). Perhaps we can do brunch? xo

Raspberries are mine. My bush is still blooming (oh err, missus) and I keep going out and snaffling them before the foxes get them.
Looking delicious in your poly frock and dreamy boots. The tooled leather bag is the stuff of legends.
Hmmm, love a bit of gin but being the uncultivated pleb I am I love a pre-mixed can of G&T from the supermarket or India's Blue Ribbond, £1.80 a litre. Class in a glass! xxxx

Those are the kind of boots dreams are made of.

Raspberries are lovely, it's true, and so is gin. I always forget how nice it is because I'm so busy drinking wine. These other berries are entirely new to me, but you're right, they are proper good fun to get your mouth around! You've got that whole berry thing down, with your sexy little boots, you minx! Xxxxxx

Dearest Helga, I recently posted my "Back to School" purse haul. May I have your permission, to use the Helga patented term, "Rex"? The word "purse" bores the booboids off me.

Please feel free to visit me at thriftyparka blogspot com

Enjoy those raspberries!!

When I saw the first picture, before I go through the post, my first thought was oh she is a delicious berry. Then of course further down you mentioned berries. Lovely look and boots to die for! These colours look really wonderful on you. xoxo
